Laureus World Sports Awards

Valentino Rossi was nominated as the best sportsman version Laureus World Sports Awards. The Doctor will compete in them with Lionel Messi, Usain Bolt and Jenson Button. Laureus World Sports Awards has been described as the highest and most prestigious that can be sportsmen. Annual event held since 1999 in the selected athletes best sons and daughters from all over the world who are considered the most brilliantly performed during the previous 12 months. Rossi, who last year took the title in his sixth world class motor racing king, became one of the award recipient candidate. Another competitor is the world champion and the fastest solver and man on earth, Usain Bolt. Who will receive the award will be selected by a panel of eight who came from 46 different countries, in which there are sports journalists, editors and television stations. Announcement of a new winner will be next on March 10 in a gala that was held in Abu Dhabi. In addition to selecting athletes the best sons and daughters, there will also be other categories such as best team, Lifetime Achievement Award, Comeback and a few other categories.
